1) Where is your office located?

Our address is 182 E Walnut Ave in Rialto, CA 92376. We are in room C-4.


2) When are you open?

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 7:30am through 4:30pm. ***Please note: at this time our office is closed to visitors due to restrictions caused by COVID-19. Our office will remain closed to visitors until further notice. If you need to get a hold of anyone in the Benefits Department, please call us between the hours of 8am and 12pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, or send us an email at


3) When is open enrollment?

This year, Open Enrollment begins on May 11, 2020 and ends on May 29, 2020. Due to restrictions placed on our offices in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the procedure for Open Enrollment has been modified for this year only. Contrary to past practices, employees that are not making any changes to their plans/dependents will NOT be required to log onto the eBenefits website to confirm their benefits or dependents. Otherwise, if you are making changes to your plans/dependents, you will need to log on to the eBenefits website to request those changes be made. 4) How can I keep track of general information regarding my employee benefits?

General information regarding the status of your employee benefits can be found on This website serves as a great tool, whether your enrolling in benefits for the first time, changing beneficiary information, or updating any changes. If you would like to access specific information regarding your benefits, you can visit the appropriate carrier's website (carriers are listed on the RUSD Employee Benefits main menu).
